Trauma focused, skill based, personalized care

Andrea Mendenhall

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I specialize in working with individuals and families using multiple trauma-focused and research proven methods. These modalities include Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman method and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others.

My work focuses on helping clients build secure connections, process past experiences, and develop practical tools for lasting change.

I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to create change with confidence.

Whether you’re navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or the effects of trauma, I’m here to support your journey toward greater balance and well-being.

Jazmann (Jazie) Simmons

Associate Clinical Social Worker

I am a Certified Social Worker (CSW), I am passionate about working with adults navigating trauma, personality disorders, emotional dysregulation; as well as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and substance use concerns.

My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and individualized, incorporating skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to the individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

I strive to create a genuine, non-judgmental space where clients can better understand themselves and their patterns, build practical skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Kellen Palmer

Marriage and Family Therapist Intern

As a MFT Intern I specialize in couples and family counseling. Relationships can be one of the greatest sources of joy and they take work. Making a relationship work is not often something taught in school and even when there has been a good example, it's still only one example to learn from and every relationship is different. I believe that almost any relationship can be saved when people learn tools specific to their relationship and tools that match the dynamic of their relationships. In our work together I will strive to help you and your loved ones find those tools that help your relationship thrive! Whether it's a relationship with your significant other, parent, child, friend, or anyone else you would improve your relationship with, I'd be honored to help you achieve those relationship goals!
