Business Launch Plus $500 Flat fee ·
Formation, filing & foundational documents–Everything included in the Business Launch package–Custom Operating Agreement (LLC) or Bylaws (corporation)–Business name availability search and DBA filing, if needed–Banking resolution document for opening your business bank account–One 30-minute strategy consultation call–30 days of follow-up email support after filing
ONGOING ADVISORY & CONSULTING
$100 / hour · billed in one-hour increments, scheduled as needed
