This is for you if:
-
You're 35 to 50, juggling kids, a job, and a calendar that never quits
-
Your body started changing the rules without telling you, and now you're snapping at people you love and crying for reasons you can't explain
-
You've Googled "am I going crazy" more than once this month
-
Your doctor said your labs look fine, and you know something is off anyway
-
You don't have time for a retreat, a 30-day reset, or a 45-minute morning routine
-
You're the woman who shows up for everyone and is quietly running on empty
What's Inside
One short email a day for 7 days. Each one designed to be read in under 4 minutes.
Day 1 — What is actually happening to your body (the plain-English version your doctor didn't give you)
Day 2 — Your one non-negotiable daily anchor (under 60 seconds, because Wednesdays exist)
Day 3 — The one nutrition shift built for a perimenopausal body (not a 25-year-old's metabolism)
Day 4 — The 2-minute breathwork practice for the anxiety spike you didn't see coming
Day 5 — Your daily 30-second stress check-in (because you can't fix what you don't notice)
Day 6 — The one quick journal prompt that quietly changes the voice in your head
Day 7 — The self-compassion practice that makes the other 6 items stick

I built this because I lived it.
For two years, I went to the doctor, multiple times, wondering if something was actually wrong with me.
Hair falling out. Weight I couldn't explain. Sweaty, no-sleep, tossing-and-turning nights. Days where I would fall asleep anytime I sat down and still be exhausted.
All of my doctors were women. All of them had my best interest at heart.
And every single one ran my labs, looked at the results, and told me everything was "in normal range." Then they'd say some version of: "This is just part of being in your late 30s. The best advice I can give you is to learn to adapt, this is your new normal."
That answer was supposed to settle me. Instead it lit a fire. I wanted to provide guidance and support for women that were in the place I had been.
