Making Sense of Your Self-Worth

By Cindy Lee, LCSW

So many of us carry quiet, persistent messages that whisper "I'm not good enough" or "I'm not worthy." Over time, those voices can shape how we see ourselves, how we show up in our relationships, and what we believe is possible for our lives. This 16-hour course is an invitation to set those messages down.

Through guided coursework, reflection, and meaningful group connection, participants learn to unsubscribe from the negative self-talk that has held them back — and replace it with the truth of who they really are. Together, we dig into the core beliefs that quietly run the show, exploring the circumstances and experiences that planted them in the first place.

As those roots come into the light, their grip begins to loosen.

From there, the work shifts toward rebuilding. You'll reconnect with your authentic self — the version of you that existed before the doubt, the comparison, and the criticism took hold. You'll rediscover your voice, restore your confidence, and begin to see yourself with the same compassion you so easily extend to others. Step by step, you'll come to recognize a truth that was always there: you are enough, and you always have been.

This program is more than a course — it is a refreshing, healing, and deeply transformative experience. Whether you've spent years quietly questioning your worth or you're simply ready for a new chapter, Making Sense of Your Self-Worth offers a gentle, grounded path forward.
