About Me
Elizabeth was born and raised in Utah County but considers Davis County her home. Raised in a family of medical professionals, she developed an early passion for health and wellness. While her path didn’t follow a traditional medical route, her dedication to helping others never wavered.
As a wife and mother, Elizabeth spent years focused on raising her family, all while staying closely connected to the health field. For more than 20 years, she has worked alongside mental health professionals, gaining deep insight into emotional well-being and personal growth. In 2025, she became a certified Life and Wellness Coach, expanding her ability to support others in meaningful, lasting ways.
She is especially passionate about the connection between the mind and body.
Elizabeth’s background in movement began with years of training in classical ballet, jazz, and hip hop. She later shared her love of dance by teaching and inspiring others. Since October 2022, she has been a group fitness instructor, helping individuals build strength, confidence, and balance in their lives.
Through her work, Elizabeth is dedicated to empowering others to live healthier, more connected, and more fulfilling lives.
When Elizabeth is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her amazing husband, her kids, and her 3 chocolate yorkies. You can find her hiking, running, watching movies, reading books, chatting with friends, cleaning, or baking.
